A 15-minute orientation: workspace setup, finding leads, first outreach.

Warm Deals is a B2B lead generation and multi-channel marketing automation platform. This short guide walks you through the first 15 minutes after you sign up.

Set up your workspace

Invite teammates from Settings → Organization.
Connect at least one sending mailbox under Mailboxes.
Verify your sender domain so emails land in the inbox, not spam.

Find leads

Use Find Leads to discover companies that match your ICP. You can import CSVs, scrape from a URL list, or pull from connected sources.

Reach out

Drop matched leads into a Sequence, schedule it, and let Warm Deals handle the cadence across email, SMS, voice, and WhatsApp.
