Warm.Deals

Editorial policy

Warm.Deals publishes guides about B2B lead generation, outreach and CRM work in Europe. This page says who writes them, how, and what we will not do — so you can judge the articles on more than their tone.

Who publishes this

Warm.Deals is the company behind the AI sales platform the articles describe: company discovery across Europe, verified contact data with a recorded source for every field, and outreach in the prospect's own language. The blog is published by our editorial team, not by an outside content agency.

Every article names its publisher, the date it was last updated, and — where a colleague has reviewed it — the person who did.

How an article is made

Topics come from real search demand, not from a brainstorm: we mine public search autocomplete in each market's own language and write about the questions people actually type. A Czech article covers what Czech buyers search for, not a translation of the English one.

Drafts are produced with AI language models and then put through automated checks before anyone sees them: the language must match the market, the structure must answer the question in the opening paragraph, and the prose must pass a style gate that rejects filler and marketing padding. An article that fails a gate is rewritten or discarded — it is never published as-is.

What we never do

Three rules are enforced automatically, not left to good intentions:

  • We never claim personal experience we do not have. No "founders I've worked with", no clients we never had, no products we never tried. An article that does is blocked before publication.
  • We never present a number as a measured result unless the sentence names a real source for it. A rule of thumb is written as a rule of thumb.
  • We never promise rankings, traffic, indexing or inclusion in AI answers. Nobody can.

Sources

Claims about law, market practice or third-party products are attributed in the text to a source you can open and check. Claims about our own product come from the product, and are described as such.

Where an article draws on the Warm.Deals database, that is stated. Our contact data is collected by our own engine from public sources — company websites, open registries and maps — and every field carries the source it came from.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Corrections are made in the article itself and the last-updated date is re-stamped, so you can see that the page moved.
